Briefing highlights the key findings of IDA regarding the system for planning and managing Security Cooperation and for improving Coalition Management that were developed in 2003 for CAPE/USD(P); and the key features of the Defense System of Management (DSOM) which IDA developed for and assisted the Department of National Defense of the Philippines implement from 2004-2012.
