Partnering with top-ranked universities and higher education institutions, our goal in creating the IDA’s Campus Partner Program was to build a strong on-campus presence and continuing partnership with a select number of schools. We focus on developing strong relationships within each academic institution that relates to IDA’s research areas and allows IDA the opportunity to directly recruit those students who have the skills IDA most desires. These well-established relationships have allowed IDA to identify potential candidates early, stay engaged with these individuals throughout their academic careers, and ensure students understand IDA’s research opportunities available to them.
We have found there are many successful avenues for us conduct this outreach and include, but are not limited to: on-campus networking events with student groups, coffee chats, outreach to academic departments on campus, career fairs, etc. We strongly encourage you to consider IDA in your job search and to visit us at one of the many events that take place at each campus partner school over the course of a year. Our on-campus representatives are eager to discuss the opportunities we have available and how they might align with your career goals!
