This report documents the statistical analyses used to characterize the overall performance of the method used to measure per- and polyfluoroalkyl (PFAS) substances for a multilaboratory validation study. It highlights instances where statistical formulas used in the analysis differ from the Environmental Protection Agency’s guidance for new method approval, and it provides high-level observations about the environmental samples, PFAS, and labs derived from some of the datasets analyzed.
