Katie Kowal, a science policy fellow at the Institute for Defense Analyses’ (IDA’s) Science and Technology Policy Institute (STPI) was named one of 32 U.S. Rhodes Scholars. “Katie’s recognition as a Rhodes Scholar is an extraordinary honor, and we are so proud of her” said Mark Lewis, STPI Director. “Her success is a testament to the quality of young scholars we attract to our fellows program, as well as the richness of the experience they have at IDA.”
