Joseph Adams, a research staff member at IDA, was installed as a fellow of the Military Operations Research Society (MORS) at the 89th Symposium. Adams works in the Strategy, Forces and Resources Division within the Systems and Analyses Center, one of three Federally Funded Research and Development Centers that IDA operates.
