An analysis of risks to international oil company (IOC) operations in Kenya during the run-up to Kenyan national elections, scheduled for March 2013. The study discusses conditions in Kenya as of February 2013 and assesses the risk of electoral violence to oil exploration projects. The report includes primary source research derived from interviews with IOC executives.
