This IDA Research Summary explores different aspects of the workforce needed to execute the Department of Defense (DoD) cybersecurity strategy. Since the July 2011 release of its strategy for operating in cyberspace, the DoD has made significant progress in building a U.S. cyber capability. However, this look back at several IDA projects reveals continuing challenges surrounding the human dimension of cyberspace.
