ALEXANDRIA, Va. (May 2026) — Last week, IDA named two senior leaders to strengthen the organization’s ability to meet demand from its government sponsors.

To better support IDA President Chas Richard’s oversight of the Federally Funded Research and Development Centers it operates, Bram Lillard will fill a newly-created position, Executive Vice President of SAC and STPI. In this role, Bram will coordinate corporate strategy, sponsor engagement and cross-divisional initiatives, and will shape and lead IDA’s research agenda, and operations support for the Systems and Analyses Center (SAC), and the Science and Technology Policy Institute (STPI).

Chris Green will continue to oversee the effective execution of the Centers mission, now as Executive Vice President of CCC. His primary responsibilities include coordinating corporate strategy and investments, sponsor engagement and cross-center initiatives for the Center for Communications and Computing (CCC).
