Retirement: As one of our flagship benefits, IDA’s retirement plan offers eligible employees the opportunity to save for the future through both an employee and employer contribution. For qualifying staff, IDA’s employer contribution (as opposed to an employer match) is equal to 11% of the staff member’s base salary. Investments are managed by TIAA or the Vanguard Group.
