- Graduate degree in a physical science, engineering, computer science, or operations research (a PhD is preferred).
- Self-starting professional with experience developing models and simulations; employing state-of-the-practice software development approaches; working with command and control, battle management, and communications systems; and evaluating future technologies, capabilities, and concepts
- Clearance: US Secret mandatory, Top Secret preferred
